Cancellation & Refund Policy

Note : Refund does not apply to any products purchased at Upper & Bottom in any case except the damaged product or wrong product sent to you. Please mail us at upperandbottom@gmail.com or call at 7240438458 for an exchange with your order details. If the order ID is not available, The exchange request will not be accepted.

  • Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before placing an order.
  • Exchange accepted if the customer wants the same product in another size (exchange for size issue) or defective product delivered to them.
  • Return not accepted if customer does not like the colour of the dress. We try our best to ensure exact colours as shown in the images, however 5-10 % slightly variations is unavoidable due to different screen resolution.
  • Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • Any small issues such as tassels pulled or something similar might happen during the transit of the order. It can be fixed easily.
  • Exchange will be done only once for one piece.
  • Products must be in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • Note : Any Exchange request must be raised by customer within 3 days of product delivery. We do not provide any reversal pick-up so any product that need to be exchanged should be sent back to us by the customer at their own expense.
